CODE

New Jersey Special Education Code explains the laws that govern special education service delivery in the state of New Jersey.

SEPAG

SEPAG is a "Special Education Parent Advisory Group."  Every school district in NJ is required to have one.  The group consists of parents representing each school as designated by the school's principal and meets monthly to assist in planning and disseminating information on programs and services to the community.

SPAN Parent Advocacy Network

SPAN empowers families as advocates and partners in improving education, health/mental health and human services outcomes for infants, toddlers, children, youth and young adults.
